The six-story Gensler designed building will total approximately 184,000 square feet of Class A office space with an average floor plate of approximately 34,000 square feet.
The first two floors of the building will be integrated with the adjacent parking structure. This will provide direct access to the offices on floors one, two and three from the parking structure. Floors one and two will have 22 foot clear floor–to-slab spaces and 10 foot clear for floors three through six. The building will have a signature 34,000 square foot showroom space orientated towards I-405, providing a oneof-kind branding and opportunity for future tenants.
